John T. Ruggieri

Mr. Ruggieri joined Pathway in 2010 and is a director in the Rhode Island office. His responsibilities include investment analysis and conducting due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; investment monitoring; performance analysis; negotiating and reviewing investment vehicle documents; client reporting; and client servicing. He is a member of Pathway’s co-investment team, as well as co-head of ESG and a member of the ESG Committee. Mr. Ruggieri serves on the advisory boards of several private market partnerships.

Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Ruggieri worked as an investment operations analyst with John Hancock Financial Services. He received a BS in business management from Boston College and an MBA from Providence College. Mr. Ruggieri is a CFA charterholder.
