Cathy Kubiak

Cathy Kubiak is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Pathway Group since January 2024. With a background in HR roles at F5 Foster Care, including Business Manager and Executive Support Lead before becoming the Head of HR, Cathy has contributed significantly to the fostering service industry in Birmingham. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of Talent Management and Organisational Culture at Pathway Group (Workforce Solutions) and various HR-related positions. Cathy holds multiple qualifications, including a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton and ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management, alongside a commitment to promoting employee engagement and organizational culture.
