Alex Germain-Robin

Mr. Germain-Robin joined Pathway to Living in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the creation and implementation of company-wide processes geared toward positive resident outcomes and outstanding employment cultures for all team members.

Over his 15-year career, he has achieved the highest regional average census, Regional Team of the Year, and YoY resident and team member satisfaction score improvements of 8% or higher.

Mr. Germain-Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University.
