Diana Goergen

Ms. Goergen joined Pathway to Living in 2017 and serves as a Regional Director of Wellness. In this role, she is responsible for assisting senior communities with high-quality driven wellness services and support compliance of State Regulatory Guidelines. To face the challenges of seniors with limited incomes, she joined a unique service offered by Pathway to qualified residents called “My Care.” On a daily basis, a group of healthcare professionals meet to discuss proactive care to decrease hospitalizations and improve the resident’s quality of life with options of hospice in the comfort of their own apartments and familiarity of Pathway To Living team members.

Prior to Pathway To Living, she was an Executive Director at Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook, Bolingbrook IL, Wellness Director of Nursing at Cordia Senior Residence in Westmont, IL, and Director of Clinical Services at Access Life Solutions in LaGrange, IL.

She is a graduate of Morton College, Cicero, IL, where she graduated as a Registered Nurse with an Associate's Degree.

Over the course of her 40-year career, she has intentionally worked in a variety of leadership roles at various hospitals, long-term care, home health care, home care, consultant, legal agent to guardians, and hospice care. Her approach to healthcare and life is to see things through from the beginning to the end.
