Jolene Moore

Jolene Moore serves as Regional Director of Operations at Pathway to Living; as such, she is responsible for overseeing the operations of a number of PTL communities (AL, MC and SLF). This includes making sure resident care needs are met and that their interests and preferences are addressed.

Jolene has a wonderful background in senior living that is well suited for the portfolio she will lead including three years with Covenant Retirement Communities as Director of Wellness, six years at Vi Living as Corporate Lifestyles Director and most recently at Discovery Senior Living as Assistant Vice President of Operations.

In these roles, Jolene has been a champion for optimizing the resident experience through the dimensions of wellness, functional fitness, chronic health programming, resident-facing technology, resident engagement and satisfaction. Jolene has been a member of the senior management teams of her prior companies while intensely engaged in driving resident experiences throughout each organization. She has strong insights of people, processes and teams.

Over her 15-year career, she helped residents and employees improve health outcomes through whole person wellness programs and activities. She has won numerous awards for wellness programs; most recently, the ICAA Beacon in Wellness award for all Vi Senior Living Communities in 2019.
