Kristen Anchor

Kristen Anchor joined Pathway to Living in June of 2021 and serves as a Regional Director of Sales. In this role, she and her team have increased their regional occupancy by 10.3%.

She brings more than 12 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader in the senior housing industry. Prior to joining Pathway to Living, Kristen managed her current portfolio for over five years at Senior Lifestyle Corporation.

Her passion for older adults began when her training background led her to a position as the Staff Development Manager for a large CCRC. From there, she gravitated toward sales and marketing where she has used her skills to successfully build occupancy at Gardant and Silverado. Her greatest satisfaction comes from setting mission-driven goals, leading teams, and helping others grow and succeed.

Kristen is a certified sales trainer and coach with a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
