Mike Berlongieri

Mr. Berlongieri serves as Regional Director Of Community Maintenance at Pathway to Living. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the facility, departmental, and community needs with training, on-site help, ordering, infection control, life safety preventative maintenance, inspections, and more.

He started his senior living career with Pathway 10 years ago as a maintenance director, but before that, he worked for Silverado, Life Care Services, and Five Star Senior Living. Some of his accomplishments include having the opportunity to open new communities, being promoted into a regional role, and helping team members grow into leadership roles.

All of his hands-on experiences—including his training to be a part-time firefighter—have helped him be able to acknowledge issues within areas involving life safety and building operations.
