Nicole Osborn

Nicole Osborn serves as Regional Director of Wellness and is responsible for providing support to the executive directors and handling initial and ongoing training to wellness managers at the Pathway to Living communities. She is currently assisting with orchestrating a new software rollout for electronic charting.

Her career with Pathway to Living started at the Brookstone Estates Supportive Living Community in Robinson, IL. Over her 11-year career, she has worked at places such as Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital and Crawford Memorial Hospital. She started as a C.N.A. at a Supportive Living Community with Meridian, then obtained her Registered Nurse Degree and worked as Wellness Manager for Senior Lifestyle and Pathway to Living.

Nicole has an associate's degree in Nursing and is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

She is very family-oriented and sees her coworkers and residents as extensions of her own family. She is a firm believer that a little empathy goes a long way and to always treat others the way you want to be treated.
