Shea Krause

Ms. Krause joined Pathway to Living in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role she is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s metric-centered sales strategy, driving results and improving performance across Pathway to Living’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Krause was Regional Director of Sales at Discovery Senior Living and, prior to that, she was Regional Director of Sales at both Pegasus Senior Living and Enlivant Senior Living.

Ms. Krause holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern Indiana.
