Joseph Pigeon IV currently serves as a Product Owner and Business Technology Liaison at BNY since January 2023, where responsibilities include creating and managing Jira tickets, improving business processes, and supporting Agile development. Previously, Joseph held roles such as Change Manager and Project Manager, ensuring timely software enhancements and stakeholder engagement. Since January 2024, Joseph also serves as a Bentleyville Councilman, leading the Finance and Planning and Zoning Committees. Joseph's extensive experience includes support for individuals with disabilities at Pathways of Southwestern Pennsylvania, catering at The Springhouse, and a Market Integrity Specialist role at SAP Ariba, where key contributions included user training and improving customer software experiences. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Robert Morris University.
