Becky Lamont, M.Ed., BCBA, is the President and Founder of Pathways Behavioral Consulting, LLC, established in April 2014, which provides specialized services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) throughout Georgia. With prior experience as the Special Education Coordinator for Atlanta Public Schools from August 2010 to June 2014, Becky guided schools on special education compliance and developed individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities. Becky also worked at Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2002 to June 2010 in various roles, including Program Manager for Applied Behavior Analysis, overseeing autism services for over 110 schools. Becky's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education from Auburn University, a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Vanderbilt University, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University, and a Graduate Certificate in Education Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia.
