Becky Lamont, M.Ed., BCBA is the President & Founder of Pathways Behavioral Consulting, LLC. Becky has over a decade of experience in the field of special education, particularly focusing on providing quality services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Becky has held various roles in different educational settings, including as a Special Education Coordinator at Atlanta Public Schools, an Early Interventionist/Educational Therapist at The Chesapeake Center, Inc., and an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at Stafford County Public Schools. In addition, Becky has served as a Program Manager, Applied Behavior Analysis, and an Applied Behavior Analysis Coach at Fairfax County Public Schools, where Becky supervised teams providing ABA support to students with autism and related disorders.
