Tanika Couch

Tanika Couch, MBA, is an experienced Payroll and HRIS Analyst currently employed at Pathways Center since March 2018, where Tanika also serves as a Human Resources Technician. Prior to this role, Tanika worked as a Client and Member Billing Advisor at ABC Financial Services from November 2016 to March 2018, and as a Technical Customer Care Representative I at Asurion from February 2015 to November 2016. Tanika began a professional career as a Sales Associate at Dollar General from July 2012 to February 2015. Tanika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Georgia Southwestern State University, awarded in 2011. Tanika's educational journey began at Central High School, where a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma was earned in 2007.
