Allison currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Psychiatry-Administrative at Compass Health Network. Prior to this, Allison held roles at Ellett Memorial Hospital and the University of Missouri Center for Health Ethics. Allison graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management.
