Ashley Silkwood began their career at Cost Plus World Market as a Sales Associate in November 2011 before moving on to MMGY Global in March 2012 where Ashley served as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Ashley later transitioned to Compass Heath Wellness in December 2016 as an HR Administrative & Benefits Assistant. Currently, Ashley holds the title of Recruiting Manager at the same company, where Ashley continues to promote wellness and inspire hope.
