Brent Fisher has a diverse work experience in marketing and publishing. Brent started their career as a Marketing Specialist at KEMBA Financial Credit Union, where they developed advertising and public relations material. Brent then moved on to CME Federal Credit Union as a Marketing Coordinator, where they successfully implemented marketing initiatives and provided support for business development projects. Brent later joined Just OK Gamers as the Senior Managing Editor & Co-Founder, contributing to a creative podcast dedicated to video game entertainment. Brent then worked at Pathways Financial Credit Union as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing, where they executed marketing and communication plans for consistent growth. Most recently, Brent co-founded Extra Pages Press, an LGBTQIA+ publishing project that aims to provide more representation and exposure for LGBTQIA+ creators. Brent also worked as a Writer and Editor with a focus on storytelling in comic anthologies and graphic novels, including the successful Kickstarter-funded anthology "Color of Always, an LGBTQIA+ Love Anthology." Prior to that, they served as an Enterprise Services Manager at CCAO/CEBCO, where they introduced cost-effective benefit programs and managed corporate partnerships.
Brent Fisher, CSME, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Journalism from Bowling Green State University. Brent also completed their Master's Degree in American History & History of Organized Labor at the same institution. In July 2019, Brent obtained the certification of Certified Strategic Marketing Executive from CUES.
