Tess Jarek-Batchelder

Tess Jarek-Batchelder is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice and palliative care, currently serving as the Director of Patient Transitions at Pathways Healthcare since October 2017. In this role, Tess has established strong professional relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to enhance patient and family care. Previously, Tess worked as the Regional Director of Development, fostering community health system partnerships in Maine and New Hampshire, and as a Clinical Liaison for Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Prior experience includes managing hospitalist departments as a Program Manager at New England Inpatient Specialist LLC and holding the position of Director of Admissions at Wingate Healthcare. Tess holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Merrimack College, completed between 2014 and 2018.
