Destiny Johnson, M.S., CHES, serves as a Children’s Care Manager at Pathways, Inc. since October 2024, following a role as a Children’s Services Care Manager at People Inc. from June 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Community Engagement Coordinator and SNAP-ed Nutritionist at Foodlink from September 2020 to June 2022. Destiny holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Public Health from SUNY Brockport, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Public Health Education from the same institution, obtained in May 2020. Currently, Destiny is pursuing a Ph.D. in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University.
