Ilona Forshaw

Ilona Forshaw is an experienced professional in quality improvement and safety, currently serving as the Quality Improvement and Safety Lead at Pathways New Zealand since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ilona held the position of Application Specialist with Wise Group from November 2012 to February 2021, where responsibilities included SharePoint Administration, architecture, business analysis, and project management. Ilona's earlier experience includes working as a Technologist at Fonterra from 2000 to August 2012, focusing on information specialization for product technologists and establishing an intranet for the team. Ilona holds a Bachelor of Social Science with honors in Human Geography and Human Resource Management from The University of Waikato, completed between 1998 and 2002.
