Kira Blair is an experienced professional in the field of social services and youth development. Currently serving as a Foster Care Specialist at Pathways of Arizona, Inc. since February 2021, Kira licenses and monitors Therapeutic Foster homes while providing skills training to youth. As the Founder and Executive Director of Building Bridges Youth Farm since January 2016, Kira develops life skills programming for at-risk youth in a farm environment, using animals and gardens for teaching important social concepts. Previous roles include McKinney Vento Liaison at Flagstaff Unified School District, Dedicated Care Manager at The Guidance Center, and Social Services Case Worker at Coconino County Community Services, where Kira provided support to individuals facing eviction and facilitated financial literacy workshops.
