Pathways to Education is a national, charitable organization breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Its award-winning program is creating positive social change by supporting youth living in low-income communities to overcome barriers to education, graduate from high school, and build the foundation for a successful future. Through the collective power of partnerships, Pathways to Education’s innovative program is preparing youth for tomorrow.

Pathways to Education was founded in the Regent Park community in Toronto, Ontario, in 2001, and has expanded to serve 31 low-income communities across eight provinces in Canada.

The Information Technology and Innovation team at Pathways to Education is responsible for leveraging technology and innovative solutions to support the organization’s mission of breaking the cycle of poverty through education. This team oversees the implementation and management of IT infrastructure, develops digital tools and products to enhance program delivery, and utilizes data analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact. They work collaboratively to ensure that the technological and innovative needs of the organization are met, enabling efficient operations and fostering continuous improvement in educational outcomes for youth.
