Kelly Pence

Kelly Pence is the Chief Operating Officer at Pathways to Housing DC since November 2023. Previously, Kelly held various roles at Lutheran World Relief, including Senior Director of Domestic Operations. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Walden University. Kelly is skilled in developing operational policies and managing procurement processes.
