Javier Aguero

Javier Aguero has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Javier began their career as an Officer in the US Military from 1999 to 2006. Following that, they worked as an Analyst at Nielsen Media Research from 2005 to 2006, and then as a Business Systems Analyst at IMS Health from 2006 to 2009. Aguero then joined ValueCentric as a Product Manager for Product Information Management from 2009 to 2010, and subsequently worked at The AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies as part of the Corporate Informatics & Data Services team from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a member of the Data Management team at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Aguero also worked at Executive Health Resources as part of the Hospital Analytics team in 2012, before joining Pathways to Housing PA in 2014. At Pathways to Housing PA, Aguero initially served as the Manager of Information Technology and MIS Services from 2014 to 2015, before being promoted to the role of Director of Information Technology in October 2015, where they still remain.

Javier Aguero has an extensive education history. Javier obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from La Salle University, attending from 2001 to 2005. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Leadership from the same university, completing it in 2012.

During their studies, Javier also earned a Master Certificate of Science in Business Systems Management from La Salle University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, they acquired a CIO Certificate in Computer and Information Sciences, General, spanning from 2010 to 2013.

Javier pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management from La Salle University, attending from 2012 to 2014.
