Cindy Cota

Cindy Cota is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and business process improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Pathways to Independence since November 2020, Cindy previously held positions at Cooney as HR and Driver Services Manager and HR & Driver Recruiting Manager from February 2019 to November 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Desjardins, where responsibilities ranged from Advisor to Section Manager, and over 25 years at State Farm®, culminating in roles such as Section Manager and Human Resources Advisor. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Centennial College.
