Michael Lucas

Michael Lucas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Patient Support Specialist at the PAN Foundation since February 2017, Michael oversees the insurance filing process for over 350 claims weekly, in addition to managing records, appointment setting, benefits verification, and reimbursement filings. Concurrently, Michael works as a Realtor at eXp Realty, LLC. Previously, Michael was a Program Representative/Portal Support at CareMetx, LLC, where similar administrative functions were performed. Additional experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Martek Global Services, Inc., a Customer Solution Specialist at Comcast Cable, and a Sales Associate and Credit Analyst at Best Buy. Michael holds a degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and continues to expand knowledge through courses at New Horizon.
