Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones is a seasoned professional in case management with extensive experience at the Patient Advocate Foundation since August 2004. Currently serving as Senior Director of Case Management, Courtney oversees the entire case management department, ensuring compliance with various obligations and maintaining service quality. Previous roles include Director of Contract Vendor Services, where oversight of workflow, auditing, and customer satisfaction was central, and Case Quality Assurance Coordinator, focusing on maintaining high service levels and conducting audits. Additionally, Courtney directed the partnership between Patient Advocate Foundation and the Lance Armstrong Foundation, ensuring adherence to grant provisions. Prior experience as a Senior Eligibility Worker at Newport News Health & Human Services further solidified expertise in the field. Courtney holds a degree from Radford University.
