Tonya Mincer

Tonya Mincer is a seasoned professional in laboratory and forensic sciences, currently serving as Laboratory Supervisor at Patient First since May 2024, after previously holding various positions at ANGLE plc from 2021 to 2024, where significant contributions included the analysis of samples for circulating tumor cells and staff training. With prior experience as Assistant Director of Forensic Investigations at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner, Tonya collaborated to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards, and served as Senior Deputy Coroner in the County of Bucks, focusing on disaster response procedures and child death reviews.
