Ashley Zahradnick

Ashley Zahradnick is a Client Success Coordinator at Patient Prism. Ashley has previous experience working as an Account Manager from February 2019 to March 2022. During their time as an Account Manager, Ashley streamlines onboarding procedures for clients and product partnerships, created client web profiles, email campaigns, and social media advertising. Ashley also developed educational resources providing support to clients via handbooks, webinars, and presentations. In addition, Ashley has consulted clients on innovative strategies to best reach the target audience and increase brand visibility. Furthermore, Ashley has monitored performance of in-house developed campaigns, client projects, milestones and deadlines. Lastly, Ashley assisted and collaborated with company director through management tasks, overseeing client fulfillment.

Ashley Zahradnick earned their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Florida. Ashley has also obtained certification from NASBA in Building Rapport with Customers and Customer Experience Journey Mapping. In addition, Ashley has received certification from LinkedIn in Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management.
