Catherine Soler

Director at Patient Square Capital

Catherine is a Director in Patient Square Capital’s Transformation and Growth (TAG) Team. She leads the firm’s ESG efforts and brings over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of business and social and environmental impact across the private and social good sectors. Prior to Patient Square, Catherine built two ESG programs at private equity and growth investing firms, Vista Equity Partners and SoftBank’s Vision Fund. At Vista, Catherine integrated ESG across the investment lifecycle, launched an initiative to highlight the use of ‘Software for Good’ and advanced the firm’s climate strategy with a focus on environmental justice. At SoftBank, Catherine designed a program to leverage portfolio company products and services to support leading social good organizations and served as an advisor to portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Catherine worked at global impact investor Acumen and social enterprise Catchafire, where she grew the company’s enterprise business unit. She started her career at Deloitte & Touche and earned her CPA certification in New York State.

Ms. Soler holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
