Brandon Tracey has over eight years of professional experience in sales, customer experience, event production, and finance. In 2020, they joined PatientFi as Senior Director of Sales, where they created and used product messaging and positioning research for inbound and outbound sales assets, programs, and solution briefs. From 2019 to 2018, they worked at Fair.com as Senior Customer Experience Manager, managing a team of Customer Experience Ambassadors to provide an exceptional experience for aspiring entrepreneurs with Fair's Uber Weekly program. In 2018, they were a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones. From 2014 to 2013, they worked at Happy Money as Senior Member Experience Manager, Hillstone Restaurant Group as a Server, and Jacuzzi Group Worldwide as a Brand Ambassador Intern. From 2013 to 2012, they worked at AuraLife as a Product Development and Marketing Intern and Edward Jones as an Accounts and Transfers Intern.
