Lenny Allegretti

Lenny Allegretti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and corporate development. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Accounts at PatientIQ since January 2021, Lenny also holds the position of Enterprise Account Executive. In addition, Lenny is a member of Pavilion since March 2023. Previous roles include Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy at Filtration Group and Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting. Lenny began a career in finance with an internship at FTI Consulting, and has also worked in various consulting and financial roles at Mesirow Financial, OTCR Consulting, and Flexible Benefit Service Corporation. Lenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and furthered education at Investment Banking Institute.
