Scott Mason

Scott Mason is an experienced professional in healthcare technology and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Implementations at PatientIQ since September 2023. Previously, as Senior Director of Customer Experience at N1 Health, Scott designed and deployed AI-enabled strategies that significantly increased company bookings and enhanced net dollar retention. At Strata Decision Technology, Scott founded the Advisory Services team, generating substantial revenue and improving performance metrics. Scott's career also includes roles at R1 RCM, where oversight of revenue cycle professionals resulted in a significant increase in reimbursements, and MB Real Estate, focusing on market analysis. Scott holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from DePauw University.
