Chrissa McFarlane is the founder and CEO of Patientory, a digital platform for managing health data. Chrissa has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry, including positions at TITAN 100, Heartln Inc, Forbes, and the Patientory Association. Prior to founding Patientory, they served as the executive director of the Patientory Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to developing secure health information management solutions. Chrissa is a passionate advocate for patient rights and access to quality healthcare. Chrissa holds a degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.
Chrissa McFarlane graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, where they double majored in Africana Studies & Spanish and double minored in Latin American Studies & Global Health. Chrissa then completed a Postbaccalaureate Premedical Certificate Program at Georgia State University. Chrissa went on to earn their Master of Arts in Business Management (M.A.) from the Babcock Graduate School of Business at Wake Forest University School of Business. Chrissa also holds a certification from The King Center in Kingian Non-Violence Conflict Reconciliation, as well as certifications from Culture Connect, Inc. in Medical Interpretation - Spanish Language and AAPC in Professional Medical Auditor. Additionally, they are a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute.
