Cynthia Hardy

Cynthia Hardy is the CEO and Founder of Pivot Global Partners, a global professional services firm established in August 2014, specializing in innovation, leadership, and equity-driven organizational pivots. In addition to their role at Pivot Global Partners, Cynthia serves as an Independent Director at Clearcover and American Bankers Mutual Insurance since November 2021 and October 2022, respectively, and as an Advisor at Patientory, Inc. since September 2021. Previous leadership roles include Global Head of Agency at AIG, President at Encompass Insurance, and President of the Personal Lines Division at The Hanover Insurance Group. Cynthia holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.S. in Economics from Xavier University of Louisiana.
