Lidia Chesnokova has held a variety of marketing roles since 2012. Lidia began their career in 2012 as Co-Founder of NiteOwl Inc., a promotions and events company. In 2013, they became Marketing Coordinator at Brian Tracy International, where they managed email marketing, customer service, search campaigns, social media marketing, and joint venture partnerships. In 2015, they were hired as Marketing Manager at Sunland RV Resorts, where they led an existing marketing department and managed agencies, partnerships, and contracts for 10 nationwide RV resorts. In 2016, they were Director of Marketing at Storymakery, where they launched and oversaw the marketing for the new concept and store. In 2017, they held two roles as Director of Marketing at both Grok, LLC and Tribal Genius. At Grok, LLC, they launched the company's marketing strategy and branding initiatives that led the SaaS company to reach the 'Tech Start-Up of the Year' award. At Tribal Genius, they managed the inside sales team of 3 people to establish and optimize communication funnels in alignment with the marketing campaigns. In 2019, they were Digital Marketing Specialist and Founder at Kova Digital Marketing and Marketing & Sales Manager at Sunland RV Resorts. In 2020, they were Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing at PatientPartner, and in 2022 they became Head of Marketing at Float Factory.
Lidia Chesnokova obtained their Bachelor of Individualized Study from the University of Minnesota, with a field of study in Marketing, Advertising, and French. Lidia then studied French Language/Culture and French Business/Professional Communications at the Institut catholique de Paris. In September 2014, they obtained a Sales Certification from Brian Tracy International.
