Swetha Reddy

Swetha Reddy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Louisiana Tech University. Swetha then joined Unicon Pharma in 2015 as a Software Test Analyst, where they played a crucial role in creating business process workflow diagrams and gathering functional requirements. From 2017 to 2019, Swetha worked at Coast Professional, Inc. as an Analyst, creating detailed test cases and managing objects in the object repository. Swetha also worked at Infosys as a Business Analyst/tester, analyzing functional requirements and writing BRD documents for system migration. In 2019, Swetha assumed the position of Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Scrum master at Florida Blue, where they managed Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and identified project dependencies and risks. Currently, they hold the role of Business Analyst/Scrum Master at PatientPay, Inc.

Swetha Reddy completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from SRM University from 2009 to 2013. Swetha then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nanotechnology from Louisiana Tech University from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Swetha obtained the certification of Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2018.
