Bruce Springer

Bruce Springer is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founder, Board Member, and Executive Advisor at Prolucent since September 2019, Bruce additionally holds a position on the Board of Directors at PatientPoint® and has advised BetterNight until May 2024. Bruce has been involved with various organizations, including serving as an Independent Director at Alpha Healthcare Acquisition Corp, where a merger with Humacyte took place. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Sleep Data, Healthcare Advisor at Francisco Partners, and leadership positions at Avadyne Health and OneHealth Solutions, which were both subsequently acquired. Bruce's executive experience also includes serving as President and CEO of Transaction Wireless prior to its acquisition by First Data. Educationally, Bruce graduated from Purdue University between 1987 and 1991.
