Chandler Sultan

Chandler Sultan serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at PatientPoint® since November 2015, focusing on enhancing doctor-patient engagement and providing innovative remote care management solutions that leverage at-home wireless technology to support high-risk and chronic care patients. Previous roles at PatientPoint® include Senior Director of Practice Solutions, where collaboration with healthcare providers involved implementing digital tools for patient education, and Director of Provider Solutions emphasizing patient and physician engagement. Prior to joining PatientPoint®, Chandler held a position as a Professional Clothier at Tom James Company, specializing in B2B/B2C outside sales of custom clothing, and completed an internship as a Sales and Design Consultant at California Closets. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts degree from the University of North Florida.
