Craig McDonald

Craig McDonald has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Territory Manager at RecoverCare LLC. Craig then joined ZOLL Medical Corporation as a Territory Manager from 2010 to 2012. Craig then moved to Audiocare Systems as a Business Development Manager from 2012 to 2013, where they focused on fulfilling communication needs in hospitals and health systems. Since 2014, Craig has been working at PatientPoint®. Craig started as the Director of Provider Solutions and later became the Vice President of Practice Strategy. In their current role as the SVP of Virtual Care, they collaborate with healthcare providers on digital tools and tailored education to improve doctor-patient engagement.
