Kait Brewer

Kait Brewer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kait began their career at GreenSky® as a Collections Specialist, where they handled outbound calls, investigated client information, and negotiated payment agreements. Kait then moved on to Fifth Third Bank as a Mortgage Loan Processor, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary documents for loan closings. Kait later joined Fidelity Investments as an Electronic Channel Support representative, troubleshooting and managing cases related to various communication channels and software. Currently, they are working at PatientPoint® as an Ad Operations QA Specialist, where they execute manual tests on pharmaceutical advertisements, detects bugs, manages test cases, and produces process documentation.
