Nathan Updyke

Nathan Updyke has a significant amount of experience in the field of data operations and analytics. Nathan'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Data Operations and Analytics at PatientPoint®, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Product Insights & Analytics at CoverMyMeds from October 2022 to August 2023. Nathan also served as the Sr. Director of Analytics & Data Strategy at CoverMyMeds from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining CoverMyMeds, Nathan worked at OhioHealth as the Director of Enterprise Analytics from February 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for setting the enterprise-wide data strategy and executing on the roadmap, with a focus on data governance, master data management, self-service analytics enablement, and data standardization/integration.

Prior to OhioHealth, Nathan worked at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. as the Director of Business Intelligence from November 2013 to February 2018. In this role, they led analytics and decision sciences maturity assessment, scoping and planning projects, optimizing software licenses and team costs, and driving process standardization and continuous improvement.

Nathan also has experience working at DSW as the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and EDW from September 2009 to November 2013. Nathan set the strategy for the team and technologies supporting DSW's analytics/reporting initiatives and customer relationship management tool.

Additionally, Nathan worked as a Principal Consultant/Owner at STREETWISE DATA, LLC from 2011 to 2012, partnering with various companies on their business intelligence, data warehouse, analytics, and integration projects.

Earlier in their career, Nathan held positions at Big Lots, Inc. as a Technical Architect from April 2004 to September 2009, at Limited Brands as a Tech Consultant from June 2002 to April 2004, at Teradata, a Division of NCR as a Senior Consultant from March 1998 to June 2002, and at SAIC as a Developer from March 1997 to March 1998.

Nathan Updyke attended Wright State University from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS).
