Hannah Johnson-Keck

Hannah Johnson-Keck is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical engagement and patient care. Currently serving as the Clinical Engagement and Training Lead for Patients Know Best since March 2015, Hannah plays a crucial role in addressing the complexities of care coordination across various health services. Prior to this position, Hannah worked as a Community Clinical Assessor at Access Home Care, Inc., focusing on enabling individuals to remain in their homes, and as a Clinical Assessor at TLC4u2, providing in-home support. Hannah's early career included roles as a Registered Nurse at Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, specializing in palliative care, and as a Health Care Assistant at BMI Saxon Clinic. Hannah earned a degree in Adult Nursing from the University of Brighton.
