Taylor Lipsich has held a variety of positions in the past five years. In 2020, they were the Director of Client Operations, Lead Project Manager, and Project Manager at PatientWing. In 2019, they were a 2020 Fellow and Operations Intern at Venture For America. In 2018, they were an Assistant Program Coordinator at THRIVE Cheer and Dance Co. and a Lab Technician at The Murphy Lab. In 2015, they were a Group Leader at Camp Lenox. While at PatientWing, Taylor had direct ownership of three clinical study recruitment projects, tracking and analyzing project performance daily, coordinating project related activities, creating project plans, and managing client relationships. At Venture For America, Taylor oversaw programming logistics for 205 Fellows and collaborated at bimonthly meetings to discuss project management, budget, and necessary materials for corporate outreach events. At THRIVE Cheer and Dance Co., Taylor organized outreach events and helped establish a social media and public relations strategy to promote the overall company brand. At The Murphy Lab, Taylor implemented a strategy to address the epigenetic effects of nicotine with the masculinization of the brain and worked with colleagues to analyze data output and evaluate the significance of experimental results. Finally, at Camp Lenox, Taylor lead 25 middle school girls and 6 staff members through daily activities with the goal of teaching life skills, coached multiple tournaments, and lead a science program for boys and girls between the ages of 12-16.
Taylor Lipsich attended Spanish River Community High School from 2012 to 2016 where they obtained their High School Diploma. Taylor then attended Duke University from 2016 to 2020, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General. In 2018, they also studied Biology, General at the University of Sydney. Additionally, they have a Biotechnician Assistant certification from the UF Center of Excellence for Regenerative Health.
