Gabriele Uberti is an experienced operations director currently overseeing seven locations for Patina Restaurant Group at EPCOT, Disney World, Florida, since June 2010. Gabriele has a background in fine dining, having managed Tutto Italia Restaurant, a 250-seat establishment. Prior experience includes serving as Multiunit Manager at Hullet House Boutique Hotel in Hong Kong, supervising operations for five restaurants, and as Assistant Director of Catering and Banqueting at Villa Malliana Group, which featured six luxury restaurants specializing in Italian cuisine. Gabriele began a career at American Bar & Grill in Manchester, where responsibilities included event organization and developing marketing strategies. Education includes a High School Diploma in Agronomic from I.T.S.A. BG, completed in June 1998.
