Vikesh Patel

Vikesh Patel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management across notable brands. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Patisserie Valerie since April 2020, Vikesh is instrumental in driving growth strategies, managing bakery performance, and overseeing supply chain processes. Concurrently, since September 2018, Vikesh holds a similar position at Bakers + Baristas, where responsibilities include post-merger integration and PnL management. Prior experience includes co-founding Love Koffee, successfully scaling it to 37 stores, and various roles in JPMorgan Chase and Accenture, focusing on risk management and technology solutions. Vikesh earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
