Eric Vincent

Eric VINCENT is an experienced executive in the hospitality and food industries, currently serving as CEO and Directeur général délégué at Pierre Hermé Paris since March 2022. Prior to this role, VINCENT was CEO at Ladurée Paris, where the company achieved a turnover of 115 million euros and operated in 30 countries with a workforce of 2000 employees. VINCENT held several significant positions including Deputy CEO at Ducasse Paris, CEO of Groupe Bertrand where luxury and restaurant divisions thrived, and CEO at FAUCHON, overseeing strategic and operational management. VINCENT's earlier career also includes key roles in international operations for Sogeres and Groupe SAVENCIA, as well as foundational experience at Air France. VINCENT holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School and a Master in International Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
