Ashok Krishnamoorthy

Ashok Krishnamoorthy is a Lead Instrumentation and Controls Engineer with extensive experience in various industries, including petroleum and chemical manufacturing. Currently at Paton Engineers and Constructors since October 2016, Ashok has led numerous projects for clients such as ExxonMobil, Covestro, Stolthaven, and PBF Energy, focusing on I&E engineering for pilot plants and automation systems. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, where Ashok contributed to the upgrade of a midstream LPG export terminal, and as an I&C Engineer at ConocoPhillips, where Ashok worked on safety instrumented systems and automation projects. Ashok's earlier experience includes design work at Burns and Roe for midstream export facilities and refinery control systems, as well as projects at Bechtel on supercritical power plants. Ashok holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
