Nancy Desilva

Nancy DeSilva is a seasoned professional in instructional design and global learning, currently serving as a Senior Strategist for Global Learning at Patra Corporation since March 2022. Previously, Nancy held several significant roles, including Senior Instructional Strategist at Allen Interactions Inc. and Senior Instructional Designer at Genoa Healthcare, Concurrent Technologies Corporation, and CBT Nuggets. Nancy also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Yeungnam University and has extensive experience in e-learning management and curriculum development.
