Matthew English

Matthew English has built a diverse career in finance and investment, currently working at Patria Investments in a role focused on Primary, Secondary & Co-investments since May 2024. Prior to this, Matthew was involved with CF Private Equity as a Private Equity Fund & Co-investments professional from February 2022 to March 2024, and served as an Analyst at Evercore from June 2020 to February 2022, following a summer analyst position. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, where Matthew actively participated in leadership roles within investment societies, including Head of Asset Management at the Bristol Banking and Investment Society and President of the Bristol Real Estate and Investment Society. Additional experience includes internships at prominent organizations such as Ardian, Vitol Group, and Macquarie Group.
