Riku Lindqvist

Riku Lindqvist currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence and Production Technology at Patria since September 2025. Previously, Riku held several managerial positions at Hiab from August 2016 to September 2025, including Manager of Operations & Operational Excellence, where responsibilities encompassed leading three Value Streams and overseeing production planning. Riku also contributed to operational development efforts in the USA and Finland and served as Hiab Business System Manager and Factory Development Manager, focusing on improving factory processes and efficiency. Earlier career experiences include roles as Production Manager at Paattimaakarit Oy and Trafotek Oy, managing various aspects of production planning, budgeting, and supplier cooperation, as well as a supervisory role at Sandvik Mining and Construction.
